Blessing of the Sleds What a fantastic day for the Blessing of the Sleds! On January 11th, 2009, Pastor Dan Goeway and the congregation of the Grace Baptist Church gave us an incredibly warm welcome. They served pastries, coffee, hot chocolate and even had a large cake for us. We are so grateful for their hosting the “Blessing of the Sleds”. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you!!! Pastor Goeway, and the club look forward to hosting the event again next year. Earlier in the day, our Club President Mark Destito appeared on WKTV Newschannel 2 and did a wonderful job representing our club and our sport. He also spent some quality time with Jim Gibbons from News 10 Now, taking him on a groomer ride for video. The videos are no longer available, but we hope you had a chance to see them.
